The 2026 FIFA World Cup Hisense Global Partner Conference was held at GLASSHOUSE in Manhattan, New York. During the World Cup period, the project faced numerous inconveniences caused by large‑scale event control measures; as the project executor, DOITNOW also undertook a range of complex logistical tasks, including receiving client products and managing inbound and return transportation. After months of meticulous communication and planning coordination with the client, event organizers, factories, and other stakeholders, we ensured seamless collaboration among all on‑site trades and with the venue operator. As a result, the project was delivered one and a half days ahead of schedule, giving the client additional buffer time to complete their event preparations with greater ease. Upon project completion, the company received strong recognition from the client, and the venue management also expressed high praise for the efficient and smooth execution, describing DOITNOW as the best team they had ever worked with since the venue began operations.
